Viktor Polyakov

I came to the UK from Ukraine because of the war. Like a lot of families, we arrived not knowing what the future would look like or where we would fit in. What I found in Manchester was a community. Neighbours who welcomed us, business owners who gave me a chance, and some amazing doctors and clinic founders who trusted me to tell their story on camera. Many of them have become more than clients. They’re the people I build alongside. In the early days I filmed everything: events, adverts, property, drone work, fitness. Over time I saw that the founders in beauty and aesthetics got the most from video. When they showed up consistently, patients trusted them before they’d even met. But almost none of them had the time. So I built Filmorite around them. My second son, Leo, was born here in the UK. I’m a father of two now, and everything I build is for their future. This country gave my family a second start, and the way I give back is by helping other founders reach their goals, working hand in hand with them. I’m very grateful I found my place here. This nomination belongs to everyone who made that possible.
