Marlow FM is a not for profit company run entirely by unpaid volunteers. I had the privilege of being a founding director with responsibility for marketing and PR. We exist to: Be a focal point to bring the community closer together Provide a platform to give local people and organisations a voice Keep listeners up to date with local news, travel information, and weather Entertain listeners by providing an eclectic mix of music and chat that other stations don’t or can’t deliver Create opportunities for young people in the area to pursue careers in radio and related fields Give businesses the opportunity to advertise their products and services to the community at reasonable prices

I don’t have a team. Im one of over 150 subscribing volunteers who help maintain the station and keep it on the air. For one of the smallest stations in the country we provide the highest number of live presented hours of radio in a week.

My love of radio began with Radio Luxembourg and the pirates… followed by Radios One, Two, Three & Four.
