Run entirely by local volunteers, the station offers an eclectic music mix spanning classic decades to modern releases, alongside specialized genre shows and dedicated programming that champions local businesses, charities, and community groups. Recognized for its deep local impact with honors like The King's Award for Voluntary Service, the station broadcasts live from North Street and streams globally through its website at surreyhillsradio.co.uk.

The journey

It all started for me with a 1 week work experience programme at Surrey Hills Community Radio - from then I have been completley enfatuated with radio. I made a promise to myself once that week was finished and that promise was to come back and have my own show! It's safe to say that I fulfilled that promise :)
